We've got big plans to bring an even better experience for you to enjoy here at Brookhaven and we will remain OPEN through it all! This two-part project led by S. Berry Jones Architects focuses on expanding the currently underutilized game room by about six feet and raising the ceiling to create a more inviting area for private parties and game viewing. Key details about this new-and-improved versatile space:

• The first phase of the renovation begins Monday, March 2, and is expected to take 4-6 weeks to complete.

• Aesthetically pleasing floor-to-ceiling elements will create two entry points into the room - one from the dining area and another from the back patio.

• Once complete, the game room can be closed off with glass panels for private functions.

• The same space will open to the back patio with the help of retractable doors for guests to enjoy an open-air environment on nice days.

Phase two will be more involved and is expected to begin when college basketball season ends in early April. Here's what you need to know:

• We anticipate phase two taking 16 weeks to complete.

• The dining room will be closed off and guests will be seated in the updated game room, the covered patio and uncovered patio, which most prefer to use during the spring and summer.

• The ceiling will be vaulted.

• A new HVAC system will be installed.

By the time college football kicks off this fall, you will have a new-and-improved Brookhaven to enjoy.
